While there are hostages in Gaza, the Supreme Court, in a bizarre move, chooses to hear the scandalous petition by the Adalah organization against the law enacted by the Knesset. This law mandates that the funds the Palestinian Authority intended to transfer to terrorists be redirected to the families of terror victims.
