Last month, Israel’s activist High Court halted the order to demolish the home of the terrorist who murdered IDF soldier Amit Ben Yigal in May.
In addition to organizing several large protests outside the homes of Supreme Court justices, our Legal Division appealed to the Attorney General to request that the court convene an additional hearing on their decision.
In response to our appeal, the Attorney General agreed and submitted a formal request for the Court to convene an additional hearing!
