A bill inspired by IMTI to strengthen Israeli minorities who have chosen to tie their fate with the State of Israel passed the preliminary Knesset reading earlier this week.
The bill would grant minorities who served in the IDF or National Service with preferential employment opportunities in civil service and government-related positions.
This is another important step forward in recognizing, appreciating and providing incentives to the brave minorities who have chosen this path in contrast to the many members of their communities who opt for isolationism, resistance and violence.
