Honoring a Hero: Tree-Planting Event in Memory of Shachar Friedman

We arrived at another tree-planting event at the Malachei HaShalom farm, this time to honor and remember the heroic soldier who fell in Gaza, Shachar Friedman. Friends and family joined us as we baked pita on the tabun, planted dozens of trees, and strengthened the community a bit more. Most importantly, we had the privilege of commemorating another hero who gave his life.
