Subject: A release letter of Im Tirtzu to the next generation.
Good people,
The people of Israel are the most amazing nation on earth.
A nation pursuing peace, justice, and moral integrity at unparalleled levels.
A nation that is sweet and gentle.
A nation that preserves its innocence and tenderness and its passionate spirit to improve all of humanity, despite being betrayed and persecuted time and again, by nations from without and a “Erev Rav” from within.
Who knows… maybe due to these very qualities, God chose us above all peoples and gave us His Torah.
The people of Israel, who succeeded in renewing their historical homeland as a proud Jewish state, a beacon of light and civil rights, progress, and prosperity than most nations together, despite being surrounded and attacked by wild creatures, people of darkness, is the nation most deserving of defense and victory.
There is no worthier mission for a person than to dedicate his life to securing the future of the Jewish people and defending the Jewish identity in his country- Israel.
Therefore, due to the great challenges that have risen against the Jewish people, and after a decade as CEO and later an active Chairman of Im Tirtzu, while achieving countless successes aimed at strengthening the Zionist spirit and defending the Jewish identity of Israel, I hereby pass on leadership of the most effective and determined Zionist movement in Israel to our younger leadership.
Shai Rosengarten and Matan Jerafi will serve as Co-CEOs.
Given the highly professional leadership team of the movement and stable public support, I am confident in leaving Im Tirtzu in the hands of the next generation.
The transition of roles will enable the movement to continue thriving and allow me to serve the people of Israel in other capacities, strengthening Israel’s national defense line even further.
I want to thank all of our donors and activists who have contributed and enabled our success over the years. I have immense gratitude for the many supporters and their great love.
Special thanks to Alon Shvartzer Sheila Brezinski, and Chairman of the board Douglas Altabef, who accompanied me as leader of Im Tirtzu over the past decade.
