Pro-Terror MK Under Investigation Following Im Tirtzu Complaint

In August 2020, Im Tirtzu’s Arab Desk filed a police complaint against Joint Arab List MK Sami Abou Shahadeh for participating in an event celebrating the release of a convicted terrorist, which constitutes a violation of Israel’s Counter-Terrorism Law.

This week, we were notified that the investigation in not only ongoing, but that none other than the head of the police’s Investigations and Intelligence Division is involved.
