This week we uncovered that Israel has no system in place to keep track of whether or not Palestinian Arabs who received entry permits return back to their homes.
We received this shocking admission from the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT), after we submitted a request for information about the types and numbers of entry permits granted to Palestinian Arabs.
COGAT further reported to us that from 2014-2019, it granted 2,645,696 entry permits to residents of the Palestinian Authority, and an additional 335,807 permits to residents of the Gaza Strip.
53,000 permits alone were granted to visit imprisoned terrorists.
Now that we exposed this absurd situation, we will work hard to ensure that something is done about it.
