Tel Aviv University invited students from every Israeli university to participate in a prestigious competition in exchange for cash prizes – that is, every Israeli university except for Ariel University, Israel’s only university in Judea & Samaria.
But after we pointed out to Tel Aviv U that they were violating Israel’s discrimination laws and threatened to take legal action after they scoffed at our initial request to include Ariel University, they caved and decided to allow students from Ariel U to participate.
