Shai Rosengarten
co-CEO of Im Tirtzu
Born in 1994, married with two children.
Major (res.) in the IDF.
Bat Yam resident.
Served as a Control Officer and Operations Officer in the Navy.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University.
Started his journey with the movement in 2018 and previously served as the Tel Aviv Branch Coordinator, Head of the Student Department, and Deputy Chairman.
Matanya Jerafi
co-CEO of Im Tirtzu
Born in 1987, single.
Kfar Eldad resident.
Served in the IDF in the Golani Reconnaissance Platoon and is currently a reservist combat soldier.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Middle Eastern Studies from Ariel University and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Governance from the Hebrew University.
Previously managed projects in various companies and worked for over two years as the Head of the Missions Department.
Sheila Brezinski
CFO
Born in 1982, married + 3
Economic and general strategy, budget construction and supervision, management of the association’s affairs and approvals, human resources management.
Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – University of Buenos Aires.
I fulfilled my Zionist dreams and immigrated to Israel with my husband in 2008. At the beginning of my journey in Im Tirtzu I was an activist and coordinator of foreign students in the Jerusalem branch.

Zionism to me is the responsibility to instill the understanding that we are not guests in our own homeland, and that deepening the messianic redemptive vision and its connection to the State of Israel, the Book of Books, and our country’s educational institutions is the justice of our path.

My mission is to strengthen the image of the State of Israel and the Zionist vision in the international arena.

Responsible for summarizing the movement’s activity and updating Im Tirtzu supporters. Studies as part of the Hasedar Yeshiva and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration.
My Zionist work in the movement is to bring to the supporters of Im Tirtzu the ongoing activities of the movement to maintain the identity of the Jewish, Zionist and democratic state.

Responsible for the movement’s media coverage and for government relations with elected officials.
My Zionist action in the movement is to make sure that all the people of Israel know what is happening under the surface and how each and every one can act to ensure the future of the only Jewish state in the world.

Born in 1995, Engaged.
Responsible for managing new media and video editing.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sociology, and Anthropology, and a Master’s degree in Political Science and Political Communication.
